General tips for how to use Crest Whitestrips

• Use Whitestrips for 30 minutes twice a day (Crest Whitestrips Classic, Crest Whitestrips Premium, and Crest Whitestrips Pro Effects), 30 minutes once a day (Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal) or 5 minutes once a day (Crest Whitestrips Daily Whitening Multicare and Crest Whitestrips Daily Whitening + Tartar Protection).
• You can wear two sets of strips (Crest Whitestrips Classic, Crest Whitestrips Premium, and Crest Whitestrips Pro Effects) back to back. Wear strip for the recommended amount of time, then remove, rinse or wipe your teeth, and apply a second strip. For even better whitening results, you can use a second box of your Crest Whitestrips product after completing your first.
• Do not swallow plastic strip.
• Try to avoid letting the gel come in contact with your skin, as this can cause temporary skin irritation and/or whitening. Wash hands with soap and water after applying the strips.
• Do not get gel in eyes.
• Do not eat, drink, smoke or sleep while wearing a strip.

1. Peel:
   • For best results, do not brush teeth immediately before applying strips.
   • Open foil pouch and remove.
   • Peel strips from backing as shown in diagram.
2. Apply:

   • Align strips with gum line and press gently for good contact.
   • Fold the rest of strip behind teeth to keep in place.
3. Reveal:
